The packed bed scrubbers can be phenolic resin impregnated or PTFE impregnated as per customers requirement.

Condensers can be vertically mounted or horizontally mounted depending upon requirement. Both types of impregnation are available: phenolic and PTFE.

Therefore the same equipment serves the function of primary as well as secondary condenser. Area of primary and secondary condenser can be adjusted as per customer needs. This design helps to minimize floor space requirement to a great extent. Dual utility condenser may be vertically or horizontally mounted as per requirement.

SVI carbon have developed blocks especially for thermosiphon reboiler application. Thermosiphon reboilers may be provided with process side holes of diameter ranging from 8mm (minimum) to 25mm (Maximum). SVI Carbon Pvt Ltd can manufacture thermosiphon reboliers with phenolic resin impregnation or PTFE impregnation, whichever is required.

Graphite Thermowells

Graphite thermowells of SVI Carbon make are preferred by plant engineers for their durability and performance. High thermal conductivity of raw material results in high accuracy of temperature measurement and therefore excellent control on process. Perfect impregnation of graphite material results in very good durability. Similar to rest of the products, SVI Carbon Thermowells can be provided with phenolic impregnation or PTFE impregnation.

Pickling Heat Exchangers
